Do I need a technical background to engage with Mynexlume?
Not at all. Our initial conversations are framed around your business problem rather than technical specifications. Where technical decisions arise, we explain the trade-offs in plain language so you can make informed choices.
How do fixed-price engagements work in practice?
We define a clear scope before the engagement begins. The price you see covers the full described scope. If your needs extend beyond that scope mid-engagement, we discuss it openly before proceeding — we won't expand work without your agreement.
What data do you need from us to get started?
This varies by service. For Sentiment Analysis, historical customer feedback is helpful. For Workflow Automation, we need to understand your existing process and tools. We assess data availability during the initial scoping conversation and advise on what is sufficient.
How long before we see usable output?
Proof of Concept engagements deliver findings within 4 weeks. Sentiment Analysis platforms are ready within 6 weeks. Workflow Automation projects take 8 weeks. These timelines assume timely access to data and stakeholders on your side.
Do you offer ongoing support after the engagement ends?
Our primary goal is to hand over systems your team can operate independently. We provide documentation and a knowledge transfer session at close. If further support is needed, we discuss that separately — it isn't automatically assumed or included.
How do you handle our data privacy and confidentiality?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before accessing any client data. Your data is used solely for the agreed engagement, is not shared with third parties, and is returned or deleted at your request upon project completion. We comply with Malaysian data protection requirements.
